Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist , where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional operational support and enhancing the client experience. From operating high-volume print equipment to managing mail and reception services, you'll be at the heart of our service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume 2D/3D print and copy machines with precision and efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and manage job requests
• Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and calculate service charges
• Support building functions and assist with meeting room setups and light maintenance
• Perform reception duties as needed
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a secure work environment

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in copy/print services
• Basic knowledge of electronics or copier repair
• Valid driver's license with minimum auto insurance
