Job Description

We're looking for an  Event Manager to bring creativity, energy, and flawless execution to how FBS shows up for our customers, community, employee-owners, and industry partners.What You'll Do:

  • Be a Leader : Take ownership of FBS's event strategy, influencing how the company shows up internally and externally. Provide direction, set high standards, and lead committees and vendors to deliver exceptional results.
  • Create unforgettable experiences : Plan, manage and execute a variety of national, regional, community, and internal events and sponsorships that inspire and engage attendees and participants.
  • Own the details : From budgets and contracts to logistics, on-site flow, and post-event follow-up, you'll deliver events from end-to-end at the highest standard.
  • Tell the FBS story : Manage communications (internal and external) that showcase our brand voice, employee-owners, and customer successes.
  • Bring our culture to life : Lead recognition programs, company celebrations, and experiences that strengthen FBS's unique culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills and aptitude to manage events throughout all stages; able to balance big-picture vision with meticulous execution along demanding timelines. CMP certification welcomed!
  • Excellent, proactive, communicator with the ability to engage a variety of audiences — from employees and partners to customers and media.
  • A creative professional who knows that success requires planning and details, who thrives on designing experiences that delight and inspire.
  • Proven experience in event management, event logistics plus marketing communications, and/or brand experience preferred.
  • Someone who embodies the FBS Way, people first and purpose-driven.

Salary Range: $80,000-100,000, depending on experience. Salary numbers based on 2,080 hours per year.
