Impact Home Team is looking for a Dispositions Manager who can turn contracts into closings and drive revenue with urgency and precision.
This is not a cold-start sales role - you’ll inherit a highly active deal pipeline and work side by side with the founder to onboard, refine your strategy, and quickly get results.
We are not looking for a talker - we are looking for a proven executor who thrives in a high-performance, fully remote environment.
Compensation
• $40,000 base salary + tiered commission structure
• First-year on-target earnings expected to exceed $110,000+
• Upside earning potential based on performance
• Full operational support (TC, dispo assistant, CRM, and vetted buyer list provided)

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
• Own the Sale – Take signed contracts and drive them to the closing table with urgency and discipline.
• Engage Warm Leads – Manage a prioritized, pre-vetted buyer pool with a strong history of transactions.
• Build Buyer Relationships – Grow and maintain connections that fuel repeat business.
• Push Pricing and Margin – Maximize assignment spreads through strategic negotiation.
• Expand Our Network – Actively identify, vet, and nurture new investor buyers to broaden our reach.
• Collaborate Daily – Work closely with the company founder during onboarding and beyond to refine and execute a proven sales process.
Qualifications:
You’ll Excel in This Role If You…• Have direct-to-consumer or high-ticket B2C sales experience (real estate,
• solar, door-to-door, etc).
• Thrive in 100% commission environments and are energized by a pay-for-performance model.
• Know how to drive urgency, manage follow-up, and move deals fast.
• Are organized, coachable, and quick to adapt in a dynamic pipeline.
• Enjoy collaborating with elite operators and contributing to a tight-knit, high-output team.
Must-Haves • 1+ years of high-ticket B2C sales experience (Real estate dispositions preferred, but not required).
• Track record of performance in a commission-based role.
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections under pressure.
• S.-based and available to work full-time in a remote setting.
• High energy, sharp communication skills, and consistency with CRM follow-up.
Preferred • Prior experience in off-market real estate, wholesaling, or dispositions.
• Background in competitive sports, team leadership, or rapid promotion in a sales role.
• Comfortable managing multiple deals at once and executing within a defined sales system.
