**Job Summary:**
Humano is currently seeking experienced Cherry Picker Equipment Operators to join our team at our Groveport, Ohio warehouse location. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a cherry picker forklift to pick, move, and stage palletized products for shipping and receiving. Candidates should have prior experience operating powered industrial trucks and must be comfortable working at elevated heights. Attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency is critical to success in this position. Humano offers Daily Pay, along with bi-weekly payroll, giving you the flexibility to access your earnings when you need them.
Shift: Thursday night to Sunday night 5pm-3am
Salary: Hourly rate of $22/hour
*This is a local position — not part of a travel team — so applicants must reside in Ohio area.*
**Qualifications:**
-Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a cherry picker (order picker) forklift in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
-Comfortable working at heights and maneuvering in narrow aisles.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physically demanding tasks.
-Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and accuracy.
-Reliable team player with solid communication skills and a strong work ethic.
-Cherry Picker Test will be conducted once hired.
