Job Description

We’re hiring a **Filipino Social Media Manager** with proven experience in managing brand pages, creating engaging content, and developing social strategies that drive audience growth. Ideal for someone creative, organized, and confident in delivering measurable engagement.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement effective social media strategies to grow audience and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create and schedule content calendars aligned with brand goals
* Produce creative posts, captions, and short-form videos that align with brand identity
* Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments or messages
* Track analytics and prepare performance reports
* Stay updated on current trends and best practices to improve content performance

**Qualifications:**

* Filipino candidate with proven experience as a Social Media Manager (minimum 1 year)
* Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics
* Proficient in using scheduling and design tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar)
* Creative eye for visual content and storytelling
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
* Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

**Work Details & Benefits:**

* Rate: $3–$5 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
* Schedule: 3 hours/day, Monday to Friday
* Weekly pay every Friday
