We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior or Lead Web Designer to join a Websites team. You will be responsible for creating high-performing, visually compelling web experiences for fintech products, building and scaling global design systems, and collaborating across departments to deliver fast, high-quality solutions that drive business growth.
This is not just about landing pages - you'll be working on admin panels, multilingual site builders, global design systems, and measurable UX improvements that fuel product performance.
Develop and maintain a scalable global Design System
Design and evolve the visual identity and design code of the company
Create and optimize core product websites that convert and communicate value
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, product owners , and stakeholders
Provide clear specs and component breakdowns for development teams
Conduct design reviews of implemented web assets
Use metrics, funnels , and experimentation to improve performance and conversion
Support branding and marketing collateral creation for media and campaigns
Participate in concept development and innovation workshops
4+ years of professional experience in a Web Agency or SaaS company
Strong portfolio showcasing websites and full-lifecycle product design
Proven ability to design sales-oriented websites and digital identities
Mastery of Figma (components, variables, styles, clean systems)
Strong understanding of UX, design systems , and dev handoff practices
Confident working with multilingual content and scalable architecture
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills
Fluent in English (B2+ level preferred)
Experience in finance, fintech, or trading platforms
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or 3D software
Working knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney)
Experience in A/B testing, data-informed design, or CRO strategies
