You will manage all internal operational departments, including warehouse, production, duplication, fulfillment, digital print, and facilities across multiple local sites. You will be responsible for capacity and resource planning, scheduling, and maintaining KPIs and dashboards. You will collaborate with our People Team to maintain the highest standards of learning and development. You will collaborate with Client Success to support customer onboarding, customer satisfaction, and customer requirements. You will be responsible for local operations cost margins. In collaboration with cost accounting and customer-facing staff, you will set pricing, capture ongoing costs, and drive costs down. We consider ourselves leaders in the supply chain, and our ability to ramp, change, and respond to market conditions is legendary. We expect you to continue to drive this aspect of supply chain agility for our operations.
ALOM is looking for a Senior Operations Manager who is: - A mentor with extensive experience developing and growing high-performing teams in a rapidly changing environment
- Passionate about driving productivity through digital transformation, continuous improvements, cost efficiencies, and delivering world-class quality to our customers
- A strategic leader who thrives in a diverse workplace and embraces our culture of diversity
- Highly collaborative by nature, transparent, and open-minded, while maintaining a united and supportive work environment
- A hands-on influencer with an ability to bring awareness of complex issues, drive and deliver results, and reach consensus
- Data-driven problem-solver with a tendency to be practical and innovative
- Excellent communicator with a strong sense of professionalism
- Experienced in managing multi-site, multi-region operations, including setting up new locations
- Successful with proven results in establishing and maintaining key performance metrics and dashboards
- Well-rounded with solid operations experience in the following areas: assembly, kitting, warehouse/inventory management, digital duplication, and print
