Job Description

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities :  

  • Manage the sourcing, screening, and recruitment to support current and future staffing requirements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and human resources (HR) to ensure a clear understanding of position requirements, and alignment with the recruitment process
  • Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers throughout each phase of the recruitment process, offering insights and recommendations that inform candidate selection and align with best practices
  • Assess candidate's skills to determine suitability for specific roles and drive data-informed decisions throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to tackle challenges such as sourcing hurdles or candidate objections
  • Employ a proactive, data-driven approach to recruitment, ensuring attention to detail and delivering positive experiences for stakeholders and candidates
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by actively researching emerging Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies and best practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the TA function, refining processes and identifying opportunities to enhance the recruitment lifecycle
  • Other projects or duties as assigned  
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 plus years or related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 8 plus years specific experience 
  • Extensive experience managing full cycle recruitment for a range of corporate professional roles within HR, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Compliance/Audit, and more
  • Strong relationship management, influential skills, and demonstrated ability to build relationships with leaders at the executive level
  • Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates, and drive effective and efficient operations

Preferred Education and Experience:   

  • Master’s Degree
  • PHR, SHRM, or HR/TA related Certification
  • Experience leading, planning, or supporting a corporate internship program
  • Strong executive presence
  • Experience in corporate and staffing/agency recruitment environments
  • Experience partnering with staffing agencies and vendor selection
