SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility
• Know all of the duties of your immediate staff and the ability to perform them
• Ensure completion and accuracy of reports done by staff
• Complete daily and weekly reports as needed
• Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of staff; implement disciplinary procedures when necessary
• Resolve employee’s conflicts and issues promptly and objectively
• Direct communication with company and outside services
• Maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks
• Attend meetings as scheduled
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

• Previous security experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual preferred
• Computer skills and knowledge
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to work in the weather conditions
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
