Job Description

Position: Salesforce Developer

Location: Columbia, MD #HYBRID

Duration: 12+ months Contract

Virtual Interview followed by In-Person

Rate: $50/hr

Job Description :

  • Responsible for design and development of Salesforce applications for Local claim data processing systems in health care domain by understanding requirement, coding, testing, debugging applications.
  • The position makes sure the application development properly with high quality of product.
  • Primary accountability for development work takes place during the life cycle for those projects, from planning to implementation.
  • Provides high quality of productions that are reviewed and approved by team and Bridge plans.
  • Provides technical oversight and supports to IT project teams in order to deliver high quality of products for business needs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related IT field or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years' experience in building, deploying and supporting salesforce applications and platform solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce application development.
  • Agentforce 360 experience & knowledge is a plus.
  • Data 360 experience or knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with web programming including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience of custom solutions on Salesforce platform working with Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL,
  • Experience building REST APIs for external systems integrations
  • Experience with object-oriented programming design patterns and Salesforce data modeling best practices
  • Experience developing reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Experience with JIRA or Agile platform for collaborating with multiple teams and source control system like Git/SVN.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders
  • Experience in multi-cloud architectures and AWS cloud development is a plus
  • Experience on a call center setup within Salesforce is plus.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines like Copado and knowledgeable are plus.
  • Understanding & knowledge of AI is a plus.
  • Development using AI tool like Agentforce DX, Agentforce vibes are a plus.
  • Integration with other SAAS systems are a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

50% Salesforce Application development:
Develops efficient and effective productions to deliver business needs.
Serves as Salesforce application developer for new development of Salesforce applications as well as enhancement of existing applications to users and other application integrations. Communicates with other team members including developer/tester/business analyst to deliver product without gap and best performance. Main role of development code, review code, deployment of code to upper environments and maintenance of code. Support D2D request and debugging issue to resolve issues. Also publishes technical documents and knowledge sharing with team.

20% Design of system/ Analysis requirement implementation to new/existing systems:
Understand requirements and current systems well so develop system properly based on requirement and resolution for fix of an issue/enhancement. Study and understanding new features and services from Salesforce and each Salesforce release so that salesforce applications be implements better performance of process and services.

20% Testing/Technical Support:
Develop Unit testing code and support automation testing implementation for delivery of high quality of code. Perform troubleshooting and debugging an issue and analysis of issue and provide best resolution to teams. Supporting D2D as well as developments to different environment.

10% Collaborate to drive business value:
Work closely with other development team members, the project manager, product managers to ensure applications to be development properly with requirement and needs, also deliver it in time with high quality of products.
