Mid Level Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce (using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules) and programmatic approaches.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
• Support ongoing production issues and enhancements, providing timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 5 years of Salesforce development experience .
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Object Model, Validation Rules, Flows).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and middleware tools .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Exposure to Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
