Position Overview:

Sourced . is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Recruiter to source and qualify candidates for our Talent Acquisition clients. You will be the crucial first point of contact for incoming candidates - ranging in various industries from construction, to business services, to legal. If you excel at making cold calls, and are driven by developing relationships to qualify talent, we want you to join our multi-award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial phone screens and qualification interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit against specific client requirements.
• Cooperate in intake meeting with clients to determine the skills and qualifications necessary for a successful placement.
• Source candidates using various channels to identify candidates for client positions.
• Maintain and manage accurate and high quality candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in weekly talent acquisition team meetings, as well as participating in ongoing communication to make necessary adjustments.
• Provide valuable feedback to the full-time Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leads on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive market information.
  

Qualification  Experience:

• 4+ years of talent acquisition or high-volume recruiting experience.
• 3+ years in cold calling candidates.
• Experience with qualifying skills and qualifications based on communication provided by various clients.
• Experience with a wide range of clients in various industries.
• Proficiency with maintaining accurate ATS information and data.
