Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program.
• Active NY State PA license and NCCPA board certification.
• New graduates welcome; urgent care or ER experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, patient education, and crisis management skills.
• Commitment to culturally competent care in a diverse setting.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and develop care plans.
• Perform procedures such as suturing, fracture care, and immunizations.
• Document care thoroughly in eClinicalWorks (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on treatment and prevention.
• Participate in outreach and community health programs.
