Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing the therapeutic treatment process for an assigned group of patients. Working in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, the PT is responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions that enhance mobility, restore function, and improve quality of life. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a positive patient experience and successful rehabilitation outcomes.
