Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for supporting marketing operations, assisting with campaign coordination, client outreach, and ensuring clear and professional communication to help deliver high-quality service and support across the organization.Location: Washington, DC
Job: Full time
Pay: $18.50 - $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Assist with planning and coordinating marketing projects and initiatives.
* Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks for marketing campaigns.
* Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address general inquiries.
* Maintain and update campaign documentation, reports, and internal files.
* Help prepare presentations and materials for client meetings or internal reviews.
* Coordinate timelines and ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment.
