With our uncapped commission structure, your sales performance directly translates to higher earnings. On top of that, you can expect generous tips ranging from $20 to $30, paid out on the same day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed: Must hold a valid esthetician license in SC.
• Skilled and Knowledgeable: Five or more years of hands-on experience and looking for growth opportunities.
• Passion for Skincare: A deep love for skincare and a commitment to providing the best possible experience for each client.
• Professionalism & Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dedication to delivering top-tier services every day.
• Team-oriented: Ability to work well with others in a collaborative, positive environment.
• Eager Learner: Open to learning new techniques and staying current with the latest trends and advancements in skincare.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality facials, peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skincare treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
• Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and products, providing personalized skincare recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all spa protocols and guidelines.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. 
• Orient and train estheticians in Hand and & Stone techniques and protocols.
• Monitor and coach the performance of estheticians.
• Monitor professional and retail product inventory and supply usage.
