Job Title: Junior Full Stack Developer Angular/NestJS/.NET

Position Overview

The Junior Full Stack Developer will support the development, enhancement, and integration of applications within the organization's enterprise systems. This role involves creating and updating full stack applications, enhancing existing systems, and ensuring dependable system performance. Working within an Agile environment, the developer will collaborate with Business Analysts, Engineers, and Scrum Masters to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain enterprise-level experience while contributing to impactful technical projects within the Distribution Control Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, debug, and maintain full stack applications supporting enterprise business processes.
• Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and technical debt reduction.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and follow Agile & SDLC best practices.
• Build and update applications using Angular , NestJS , and .NET frameworks.
• Create responsive and accessible UI components with Tailwind CSS .
• Contribute to MEAN stack development tasks and PWA (Progressive Web App) initiatives.
• Manage code in version control systems (CVS/Git), including GitHub workflows.
• Work with databases, including SQL and RDBMS platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and technical specialists to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both new and existing applications.
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 0 2 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong proficiency with Angular , NestJS , and .NET
• Understanding of MEAN stack fundamentals
• Experience or familiarity with Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of PWA development principles
• Experience with code repository tools such as GitHub (CVS/Git)
• Understanding of SQL queries and database concepts
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with engineers and subject matter experts to clarify requirements
• Experience working within Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise-level software development projects
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS technologies
• Understanding of strategies for reducing and managing technical debt
• Experience participating in full Agile/Scrum lifecycle processes
