Job Title: Junior Full Stack Developer Angular/NestJS/.NET
Job Location: Juno Beach, Florida
Job Type: Long-term contract

Position Overview

The Junior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full stack applications that integrate seamlessly with existing business processes and technical infrastructure. This role supports both new development and enhancement of existing applications, working closely with Business Analysts, Engineers, and Scrum Masters within an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have foundational experience with Angular, NestJS, .NET , and modern front-end technologies, along with a strong understanding of MEAN stack concepts, SQL databases, and enterprise development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full stack applications across existing hardware and enterprise business processes.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Engineers, and Scrum Masters to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow software development lifecycle best practices.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing systems to ensure reliable performance.
• Build and update applications using Angular , NestJS , .NET , and related frameworks.
• Develop responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS and modern front-end design principles.
• Support PWA (Progressive Web App) development efforts.
• Utilize GitHub and version control best practices for code repository management (CVS/Git).
• Work with relational databases, including SQL concepts and RDBMS technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Identify and help reduce technical debt across systems and applications.
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional teamwork.

Required Qualifications

• 0 2 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong hands-on ability with JavaScript frameworks , including Angular , NestJS , and .NET
• Experience or understanding of MEAN stack development
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of PWA development principles
• Understanding of GitHub and version control workflows
• Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working directly with engineering teams and technical specialists
• Strong foundational understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-level development environments
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS platforms
• Understanding of technical debt reduction strategies
• Exposure to full cycle Agile delivery in a professional environment
