Home Health Care Aide - Los Angeles, California 

Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 per year + benefits 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, empathetic, and skilled Home Healthcare Aide to join our team in California. In this role, you will assist clients with personal care and daily tasks in their own homes, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health or behavior
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow the care plan and document services provided

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in California (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid certification (required)
• Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
