Holiday Market of Canton is currently seeking a Full-Time Frozen/Dairy Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, dependable individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Frozen/Dairy Associate is responsible for maintaining well-stocked, clean, and organized frozen and refrigerated sections of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Stock shelves and freezers with frozen and refrigerated products, following proper rotation (FIFO) and inventory guidelines
• Monitor expiration dates and remove outdated, damaged, or unsellable merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frozen and dairy sections, including light cleaning duties
• Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced
• Safely receive, unload, and process store deliveries
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to management
• Provide courteous and helpful assistance to customers when needed
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall store operations
• Follow all store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
• Available to work between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, up to 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days per week, including Monday–Friday and weekends/holidays
• Reliable transportation is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods of time
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus but not required
