Join our dynamic Flight Controls team at Honeywell Aerospace, where we design, develop, and integrate highly complex systems for our Anthem Next Generation Avionics project. We are on the lookout for an experienced Software Engineer who is passionate about creating innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced and exciting development environment with a team of experienced software and systems engineers to satisfy technical requirements, support functional load deliveries and ensure compliance with certification requirements. **Key Responsibilities** + Design, develop, and maintain software applications in accordance with project requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. + Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes. + Test and Integration on test benches in labs. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development. + Strong C++ or Object-oriented programming skills. + Experience with software development tools and methodologies. + Familiarity with version control systems and agile development practices. **WE VALUE** + Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. + Experience in developing applications for cloud platforms. + Understanding of OOAD approach and concepts. + Software development lifecycle experience per DO-178C. + Experience with software systems requirement definition and integration. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Passion for technology and continuous learning. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
