This campus has 430+ beds and is looking for a Director of Medical Staff Services to provide leadership, management, and operational oversight to the department while working closely with the Regional Chief Medical Officer and Medical Staff Leaders. This leader will have oversight of 245 FTEs and report to the Regional Chief Medical Officer, who has been with the system for almost a decade. She is looking for a leader with a strong credentialing background who can lead from the front and from the heart.
In addition, the Director will ensure that the Medical Staff team maintains accurate, verifiable, and secure credentialing records for physicians and allied health professionals. They will also be accountable for regulatory compliance with all Texas state and federal regulatory agencies. If you have at least five years of experience in hospital credentialing and exceptional knowledge of the Joint Commission standards and CMS regulations, this could be a great opportunity for you!
This role requires the Director to work on site and in person. The salary range for this position is 115k-140k based on years of experience and education. This system also offers a 12.5% bonus structure based on your performance and will offer relocation assistance.
