Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable architecture solutions using Python and Azure Databricks to enhance business operations.
- Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence technologies to improve data-driven decision-making processes.
- Provide expertise in Cloud Computing to optimize infrastructure and ensure seamless data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Big Data strategies that align with company objectives.
- Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural frameworks and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural designs.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python programming and its application in data processing and analysis.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of Azure Databricks for building and managing data pipelines.
- Possess expertise in Artificial Intelligence and its integration into business processes.
- Show experience in Cloud Computing platforms for scalable and secure data solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of Big Data technologies and their role in strategic decision-making
- Data scientists develop robust, efficient, and scalable AI models to extract valuable information from various unstructured data sources, including but not limited to PDFs, Word documents, and Excel files.
- They design and implement logic to process this data and generate meaningful outputs to support user decision-making.
- Candidates must possess extensive experience with Python, large language models (LLMs), machine learning techniques, data structures, and algorithms.
- Their expertise enables them to create innovative solutions that handle complex data processing challenges effectively.
