Position Summary

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service? Join our  Customer Care team as a  Customer Success Specialist , where your work directly supports businesses in staying compliant and informed. You’ll be the go-to expert for our Labor Law Poster subscription customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and personalized support.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and values building lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Be the Voice of the Customer: Build strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Deliver Exceptional Support: Communicate via phone, email, and other channels to resolve inquiries, track orders, and troubleshoot shipping or billing issues.
• Ensure Compliance: Monitor and support the Compliance Check-In process for Labor Law Posters, collaborating with regulatory experts to provide accurate information.
• Manage Subscriptions: Process new orders, updates, and returns for Labor Law Poster subscriptions, ensuring accuracy across all shipping locations.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for future growth.
• Drive Process Excellence: Maintain documentation, update client-specific reports, and ensure procedures are followed with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of office experience, including 1+ year in customer service
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PC-based tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Professional communication across phone and email

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.

J. J. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $21.50 to $21.50 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location. Note that J. J. Keller is not currently recruiting employees to work in California.
