As a Customer Service & Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning unforgettable vacations and business trips, manage travel arrangements, and ensure every journey exceeds expectations. You’ll be supported with comprehensive training , access to exclusive travel credentials , and the flexibility to work remotely from home .
Coordinate and book airfare, hotels, ground transportation, and special events for clients.
Determine customers’ travel preferences, budgets, and schedules to create customized itineraries.
Plan and arrange tours, excursions, and group travel packages .
Research and provide accurate information on fares, schedules, destinations, and travel requirements .
Advise clients on passports, visas, customs, and local attractions .
Offer insight on weather conditions, cultural expectations, and travel tips .
Calculate total travel costs and present options clearly and professionally.
Provide alternative solutions or rebookings when plans change before or during travel.
