As a Booking Travel Assistant , you'll assist clients in scheduling and booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation. No experience is required full training and certification are provided to help you begin your career in the travel industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.
Research destinations, travel options, and pricing to meet clients needs.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Maintain client information and ensure accuracy in all reservations.
Stay up to date with current travel deals, promotions, and requirements.
Work independently while maintaining communication with the support team.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
No prior travel industry experience required training provided.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Ability to work remotely with self-motivation and time management.
