:

• Set up Revit models for MEP design from models provided by architects
• Collaborate with Architects for proper linking and sharing of models as well as agreeing on BIM Execution Plan.
• Manage view templates, titleblocks, sheets, and visibility settings to ensure consistent graphics across disciplines
• Develop and manage company graphic standards, including text formats, leader lines, schedules, and view titles
• Assist designers with troubleshooting BIM-related software issues, including visibility and calculation issues
• Develop strategies for improved project delivery and processes
• Develop and maintain Revit families for improved efficiency of MEP designs
• Provide quality control checks on drawings to ensure graphic standards are maintained
• Provide onboarding and continued training to design staff regarding company BIM standards
• Generate PDF sets of drawings from Revit models
• Complete markups for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems provided by engineers as time permits

Requirements:

• A Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of Levels of Design provided by the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
• Experience with Autodesk Revit software.
• One of:
• Associates Degree in Technical Design or equivalent
• Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Mechanical Design and/or Electrical Design
• 1 year of experience in BIM Management
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 4 years of experience in BIM management
