We're looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to create and maintain high-quality websites for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, an eye for design, and the ability to translate client requirements into functional, beautiful websites.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins following WordPress coding standards
* Extend and customise WooCommerce and other key plugins as needed
* Implement responsive, accessible UI across devices
* Optimise Core Web Vitals and SEO performance
* Debug and resolve PHP, JS, and database issues in staging & production
* Perform security audits, backups, and patch management
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate Figma files into pixel-perfect pages
* Participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews (Git/GitHub flow)
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years professional WordPress development experience
* Advanced PHP, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass
* Experience with Gutenberg blocks and popular page builders (Elementor, Bricks)
* MySQL and database-optimisation skills
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (GitHub Actions, WP-CLI)
* Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)
* Excellent communication in a distributed team
