Job Description

Our client is seeking a warm, dependable, and highly organized Weekend Nanny to provide attentive care for their 5-month-old son. The ideal candidate will seamlessly transition between childcare and household support, allowing the parents to maximize quality time with their child while ensuring the home remains organized and well-managed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide engaged and nurturing care for one child, including playtime, activities, feeding, naps, and supporting developmental milestones

• Step in for childcare when parents are out of the home or occupied with work

• Assist with household organization, including closets, kitchen, and the baby’s room

• Run errands such as grocery shopping, returns, and household supply restocking

• Handle light cooking and meal preparation for the family

• Drive as needed for errands and family activities

• Travel with the family to the Hamptons or Lawrence, NY when required

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of prior experience as a nanny or household assistant, preferably with infants or toddlers

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask between childcare and household responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs

• Comfortable with occasional overnights

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Schedule: 3-4 weekends per month. Saturday & Sunday (minimum 4-6 hours per day), occasional Friday evenings as needed. Flexibility for extended coverage or overnight stays.
