Salary: $24.00-$33.00 Per Hour

Focus: The
Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating daily warehouse activities on their shift, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and supporting the team to meet production and shipping goals.
Warehouse Team Lead Essential Job Functions: - Lead and motivate warehouse associates to safely and accurately perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment tasks.
- Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures during the shift.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shift-related issues, escalating concerns to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor as needed.
- Assist with training new team members and conducting performance feedback.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational efficiencies and safety enhancements.
Warehouse Team Lead Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience; some leadership or team lead responsibilities preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed.
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively within a team environment.
- Must possess a valid US driver’s license.
- Previous logistics/warehouse experience at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant preferred.
Location-Specific Requirements: - This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
- This position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies. To meet the government-facility requirements, the candidate must be a US citizen.
