Warehouse Supervisor - Third Shift (Plastic Recycling).

Location: Houston, TX 77087.

Compensation: Up to $25.00 per hour, plus overtime.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all third-shift operations within a plastic recycling facility. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, monitoring production output, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring workflow efficiency across the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct warehouse employees assigned to third shift.
• Monitor production lines to ensure timely and accurate completion of packaging and recycling processes.
• Enforce compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain productivity and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with other shift supervisors and management to support continuous operations.
• Prepare basic shift reports and communicate production updates to management.
• Perform other related supervisory duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
• Must be able to work in a dusty warehouse environment .
• Must wear and maintain steel-toe boots .
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is an asset but not required.
• Background-friendly employer.

Job Requirements / Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in an environment with dust, noise, and moving equipment.
• Overtime may be required based on production demands.
• Reliable transportation to and from the 77087 location.

Work Environment:

This position is performed in a warehouse/manufacturing setting. Supervisors will spend significant time on the floor overseeing operations and engaging directly with staff. Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery is routine.
