Shipping & Receiving Specialist + Forklift Driver
Location: Oxnard, CA
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
About Us:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialistswith an extensive experience as a Forklift driver to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and materials
Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials as needed
Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas
Verify shipping documents and maintain accurate records
Utilize scanners and inventory systems for tracking and documentation
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of forklift experience required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Experience using scanners and inventory systems
Previous shipping & receiving or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
