**Virtual Assistant / Part-Time Social Media Manager**

We’re seeking a **creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant / Part-Time Social Media Manager** to help elevate our digital presence and support our growing brand. If you’re passionate about beauty, branding, and building authentic online communities, this role is for you!
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
* Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies for growth.
* Research and apply the latest beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, influencer outreach, and content planning.
* Provide additional support for other administrative needs as required.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in social media management and/or virtual assistance.
* Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for branding and aesthetics.
* Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
* Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
* Passion for beauty, empowerment, and creating meaningful online connections.
