We are searching for a hardworking individual with passion and experience that is ready to take the lead as a Videographer, located at our Boca Raton, FL location! We’d love to learn from your experience and also share with you all of ours.

As a Videographer, you will be capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that supports the company’s brand, marketing, and communication objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Film high-quality video content, including instructional, informational, educational, and social media videos.
• Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro [license provided], and other platforms such as DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Shoot in a variety of settings, both indoor and outdoor, depending on project requirements.
• Write scripts or collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective storytelling approaches.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to plan entire video projects, including scenes, locations, lighting, angles, and shot lists.
• Develop and maintain company Videography Standards, ensuring consistency across all content.
• Collaborate on and execute the company’s overall videography strategy.
• Stay current with trends in video content and social media platforms to enhance the impact and reach of videos.
• Organize and manage video files, project timelines, and production schedules effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, video production, communications, multimedia arts, or a related field is preferred along with 2—5 years of professional experience.
• Equivalent experience or a strong portfolio may be considered in place of a formal degree.
• Must be fluent in BOTH English AND Spanish.
• Proficiency using PC and Mac.
• Proficiency working with Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing platforms, like Davinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience filming, directing, and editing video.
• Proficiency with using DSLR, video, audio and lighting equipment.
• Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media video platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, & TikTok).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with innate attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on projects but also collaborate as a strong team member.
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
