The Senior Manager is central to building a modern, fit-for-purpose biostatistics and epidemiologic function within WHRI. You will provide strategic input on study design, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure statistical rigor across all phases of research. In addition to strategic leadership, this role requires hands-on execution. The Senior Manager will contribute directly to protocols, statistical analysis plans, programming implementation, and data review, while architecting scalable, reproducible workflows for RWE deliverables. This is a high-impact role for someone who is both a thinker and a doer, and who is ready to help shape the future of healthcare research within a mission-driven organization. You'll report to the Director of Real-World Evidence and work on-site at our offices in Bentonville, AR.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
