Travel RN - MDS (Full-Time, Salaried)
Location: Eastern Massachusetts
Compensation: $110,000 salary
Schedule: Full-time | Primarily remote with travel 1-2 days/week

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with MDS experience to provide remote support and coverage for open MDS positions at facilities across Eastern Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
Complete and submit MDS assessments and resident interviews
Develop and update care plans; attend care plan and clinical meetings
Review assessments for accuracy and compliance
Support PDPM, CMI, QM, and QRP processes
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Travel to assigned facilities as needed (1-2 days/week)
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2 years MDS experience required
Skilled nursing / long-term care experience required
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Computer savvy and comfortable working remotely
Team-oriented and adaptable to multiple facility environments
