This is a partner-track opportunity where you'll have the chance to drive the practice forward, develop and nurture client relationships, and play a key role in our firm's continued success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting services for R&D tax credits to both internal and external clients.
- Lead R&D tax credit studies, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery, including research and technical documentation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality service.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, industry trends, and state-specific regulations related to R&D credits.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing R&D tax credit consulting projects, ideally within a major accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
- A CPA license or JD in your home state is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a preference for an MST or MSA from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of R&D tax credits and deductions, including Internal Revenue Code sections 174 & 41, and related regulations.
- Proven experience managing multiple client engagements and leading service teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex tax concepts.
