Job Description: Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the education system? Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, supporting students' educational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Substitute Teachers manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Substitute Teachers facilitate the teacher's lesson plans, ensuring continuity in students' education.
• Substitute Teachers adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Substitute Teachers communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Substitute Teachers follow school district policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Substitute Teachers: Age 18+ (Over 21 preferred)

• Must have Substitute License or a teaching certificate
• Substitute Teachers: Associates at a minimum.

• Substitute Teachers with previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching are highly desirable.
• Substitute Teachers need strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Substitute Teachers need the ability to adapt easily to different educational settings and grade levels.
• Substitute Teachers must be passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
