Job Description

Bay Tech is seeking a removable insulation stuffer/Industrial Sewing machine operator. The Insulation stuffer will lay out and stuff removable insulation covers, and or replace insulation materials.

Must have good work ethic and be a team player. Must have good psychical hygiene. All tattoo’s must be covered.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Stuffing covers/pinning covers
• Cutting Insulation
• Making supplies
• Clears and disposes of old insulation according to established safety guidelines.
• Loads and unloads insulation materials, stocking as needed.
• Ability to use Scissors Safely.
• Follows company and industry safety guidelines and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to follow instructions.

Ability to use hand tools and power tools to install insulation.

Excellent written & verbal skill required.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Must be 18 to work with Industrial Machines.

Good Hand/Eye Coordination

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing, bending, or climbing ladders.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time.

Details;

· No Experience necessary. Willing in to train the right person.

· Work Hours 7am-3pm

Weekends and Holidays off
