Under direction of the Assistant Deputy Director of Research and Policy, the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I specialist) Limited-Term is responsible for a number of advanced assignments related to community relations, research, policy, project management, and operations. The SSM I will lead the development and coordination of public-facing resources and events to provide information to communities and other stakeholders. The SSM I will assist with research tasks, including data collection, data coding, literature reviews, and writing.  Additionally, the SSM I will develop and maintain division-wide systems and processes for project management and operations to ensure efficiency, accountability, and compliance. The incumbent proactively identifies operational challenges, proposes and implements solutions, and provides guidance to staff and contractors. Additional duties are listed below.

This position is a 12-month, limited-term position and may be extended.
