Job Title: Sr. Product Line Manager, Collabs & Lifestyle, HOKA Apparel Reports to: Director, Product - HOKA Apparel Location: Portland, OR (In-Office) The Role As the Senior Product Line Manager for Collaborations & Lifestyle Apparel at HOKA, you will lead and build the product line from the ground up, establishing foundational processes, product line architecture, and long-term strategy for a new and growing category. You will identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities, bringing a strong point of view on brand fit, consumer resonance, and market potential. Partnering with the Apparel Product Director, you will create seasonal range plans with a critical eye on style and brand authenticity, as well as revenue growth. You will develop a network of trusted editors within and outside HOKA to inform product direction in terms of style and trend, and create clear, consumer and marketplace-informed briefs to communicate product intent to the Product Team.     • Lead and build the Collaborations & Lifestyle Apparel product line from the ground up.
    • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
    • Partner with Apparel Product Director in creating seasonal range plans.
    • Develop a network of trusted editors within and outside HOKA.
    • Create clear, consumer and marketplace-informed briefs to communicate product intent.
    • Build and maintain tools to facilitate cross-functional communication.
    • Ensure consistent cross-functional communication to maintain a clear and concise brand message.
    • Play a part in fostering a culture of creation, openness of communication, critical analysis, and action.
    • Lead product review and input sessions with athletes, influencers, and merchandising.
    • Work collaboratively with the design, product development, costing, and materials teams.
    • Support and play an active role in seasonal go-to-market meetings, trade shows, and sales meetings.
    Who You Are
    • 8+ years of related experience, including partnership/collab management, product line management, or merchandising.
    • Experienced, high-level communication skills needed to work with high-profile athletes and influencers.
    • Proven experience managing brand collaborations or partnerships within the apparel, performance, or lifestyle industry.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building new business categories, product lines, or programs from zero to launch.
    • High passion for creating brand-defining, style-driven apparel.
    • Ability to learn on the fly and absorb new processes and approaches.
    • Diplomatic sense and approach in working across varied levels of project stakeholders.
    • Experience resolving complex problems with limited direction and guidance.
    • Experience designing and delivering compelling presentations for small and large audiences.
    • Some travel necessary.
