**Sr. Advanced Project Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. (Duluth, GA)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Solution consulting/requirement engineering for MES applications. + Skills and competencies management of MES GSC team. + Agile project execution, including implementing projects on time and within budget. + Design, develop, install, and commission industrial IT/OT solutions including after-market support. + Maintain MES engineering capacity plan. + Determine system/product improvement. Support the Honeywell's LS strategy for growth on MES. + Support the LS GSC strategy. + Identify trends and addresses barriers. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + Qualified applicants must have 5 years of experience with MES engineering. + Must have 5 years of experience with the following: MES engineering; deep understanding and hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems; familiarity with software integration and customization within the platforms; ability to create and deliver recipes to meet shop floor needs, that engage potential users and stakeholders; strong capabilities in representing the voice of the customer during the MES implementation to ensure alignment with user needs and expectations; skills in gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product enhancement; project management experience to oversee the coordination of various teams and tasks during the project lifecycle; understanding of regulatory requirements specific to life sciences manufacturing, ensuring that product offerings comply with necessary standards and guidelines. + Up to 20% domestic travel required. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** + Job Site: Duluth, GA + 40 hours/week + Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500 + If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
