This position is for a Shift Manager in Training. Ideal candidates should have previous Manager experience. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older for this position. ~ If you do not have pervious Shift Leader experience, please consider applying for a Maintenance or Crew position. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which include but are Not Limited To Planning for each shift, Monitoring performance during the shift Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, Monitoring safety, security, and profitability, Communicating with other Shift Managers and crew, Motivating, delegating, and coaching the team Completing assigned cleanliness tasks Completing assigned planned maintenance tasks.
