As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be focused on the Sports Nutrition brand segment consisting of brands Optimum Nutrition and BSN, and will work closely with the rest of the commercial finance team and other parts of the finance organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly gross sales reporting and variance analysis with a focus on understanding and explaining the underlying drivers of brand and product performance.
• Own budgeting and forecasting across the various parts of the P&L, including Sales, DD&A, COGS, Overheads and Marketing.
• Work directly with cross functional teams to understand key drivers of the financial performance and to maintain rolling forecasts to help project and estimate future business performance.
• Support the commercial teams, including but not limited to, consumption analysis, pricing analysis, data analytics and insights, reporting and explaining business results and forecasting future business performance.
• Create new reports and analyses to help deepen our understanding of our brand performance across key customers and brands.
• Prepare P&L models, profitability analysis, and price/volume analysis at a granular level.
• Maintain integrity of master data associated with brand and product detail.
• Support ad-hoc projects and analyses within the Commercial Finance or broader Americas finance team.

The Skills you will bring to the team  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance function, preferably in a commercial finance or FP&A role
• CPG experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial planning and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Business Objects.

Role is hybrid from Downers Grove, IL.   Apply now and make a difference in the world of health and wellness! Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
