Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test end-to-end functionality of internal and client projects
• Contribute to the design and architecture of our software platform
• Work with project managers to create estimates and realistic schedules
• Work with project managers, business analysts, and sales to clarify and refine project requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team

Skills & Requirements

• Fluency in object oriented design and general clean coding practices
• Fluency in data modeling and report building
• An eye for usability and aesthetics of web applications
• The ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies
• The ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills
