Position Summary:
The Senior Director, Head Exec Comp, Equity & Mobility leads Versant’s executive and equity compensation strategy, driving the design, modeling, and governance of programs aligned with new public company readiness. This role partners closely with the SVP of Total Rewards, CHRO, Legal, and Finance to prepare Comp Committee materials, support CD&A disclosures, and ensure executive pay aligns with business strategy and performance outcomes. This role will also oversee the global mobility strategy and compliance.

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
