Senior Accountant / CPA Candidate

Organization : Atlanta-Based Non-Profit (Faith-Based)

Location : Duluth, GA (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote once trained)

Salary Range : $95,000 - $105,000

Job Description : We are a faith-based non-profit organization looking for a Senior Accountant or CPA Candidate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Support audits and tax preparations

Qualifications :

• CPA certification or CPA candidate preferred
• Pubic Experience would be preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in non-profit accounting is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups)

Work Arrangement :

• Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home once you learn the system
