Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flows, Process Builder)
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Perform data migration, data quality checks, and system maintenance
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce applications
Create technical documentation and provide post-deployment support
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and permission sets
Familiarity with version control and deployment tools (Git, SFDX)
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator)
Experience with integrations and middleware tools
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
