What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and top talent.
Partner with businesses to fill critical roles quickly and effectively.
Source, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews and negotiate offers.
Utilize cutting-edge recruiting tools and proven methods to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
High energy, resilience, and a passion for connecting people.
Comfortable with phone-based relationship building and outbound activity.
Integrity, confidentiality, and a strong ethical mindset.
Degree preferred, but not required.
