Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients

* Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met
* Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services with current clients
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Trello)
* Must be based in the United States or Europe
